Rotary Club of Tinsukia, in partnership with the Interact Club of Our ABC Academy, organized a Rabies Awareness Session at Our ABC Academy, Tinsukia on 13th November 2025 at 12:30 PM. The session was led by Dr. Rabi Shankar Choudhury, who educated students on rabies — a 100% fatal yet entirely preventable disease. Key topics covered included correct response to animal bites, importance of post-exposure vaccination, and responsible pet care. The programme aimed to equip youth with life-saving knowledge and strengthen community-level rabies elimination efforts. The event was coordinated by Rtn. Kiran Thard, Service Chair 2025-26, and was well attended by students and teachers of the school.
