Rotary Club of Tinsukia, in collaboration with the Health Department, organized an HPV Vaccination Drive at the Rotary Community Centre, Tinsukia, to promote preventive healthcare and protect adolescent girls against Human Papillomavirus (HPV), one of the leading causes of cervical cancer.
The initiative focused on creating awareness about cervical cancer prevention and ensuring access to life-saving vaccination for eligible beneficiaries. Qualified healthcare professionals administered the vaccines under proper medical supervision while maintaining all safety protocols.
The project reinforced Rotary’s commitment to disease prevention and treatment by supporting public health initiatives and encouraging preventive healthcare practices within the community. The vaccination drive contributed towards building a healthier future for young girls and spreading awareness about the importance of immunization.
