The Board Meeting on July 25, 2025, at Arunachal Bhawan, Tinsukia, was called to order by Chairman Rtn. Bhanu Pratap Jain, with attendance confirmed and previous minutes approved. The RCC Physiotherapy Centre will be promoted on social media, with a separate electricity sub-meter installed, operating hours set from 11 AM to 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 6 PM, and a session fee of ₹350. IMA will be approached for promotion. Bird protection and RCC exterior work were approved, with ₹2.27 lakh pledged by PDG Dr. M.S. Konwar. The caretaker will be removed immediately, coordinated by Rtn. Manoj More and Rtn. Anjani Goel. A CCTV system will be installed. A Computer Centre focusing on AI & ML will start under District Grant. Community projects include drinking water initiatives, neuropathy and medical camps, vaccination continuation, Breastfeeding Week partnership, and Happy School evaluation.
