Presided by President Rtn. Bhanu Pratap Jain, the meeting opened with bell, National Anthem, invocation, and Four-Way Test recitation. Members and guests were welcomed and updates shared: minutes of last meeting passed, treasurer’s report presented, and board decisions discussed (sunshine contribution raised to ₹50 unanimously). Rotary Foundation recognitions included PDG Rtn. M.S. Konwar as Manoj Donor Lever-2, Rtn. Bhanu Pratap Jain and Rtn. Prakash Jain as Paul Harris Fellows, and Rtn. Binesh Kumar Singh as Multiple Paul Harris Fellow. Visiting Rotarians from Dibrugarh invited members to RLI classes. July birthdays and anniversaries were celebrated, and a fun activity fostered camaraderie.
