The meeting commenced with ceremonial flag hoisting on Independence Day and was called to order by the President. Collar ceremony was conducted as per protocol. Visiting Rotarian Rtn. C. M. Bendre from Rotary Club of Mumbai Metro was introduced, delivered a speech, and honoured with a Seleng chadar. Members of the Inner Wheel Club of Tinsukia attended. Nineteen members were present; sunshine collection totalled ₹950. Afterwards, Rotarians and Inner Wheel members visited Happy School, Guijan, distributing chocolates, biscuits, and Frooty to students and engaging in games to celebrate Independence Day. The meeting concluded with meaningful community service and fellowship.
